I'm looking for a trainer/coach haven't been able to run for 12 months due to knee injury. Any all is better now and I seriously lack motivation and want to start up again and do c2s 5 k run........ Only problem is I've put on weight but plus side stopped smoking. Can any one help? I was looking at joining front runner but live in lower chittering and don't wish to leave the house at 4.30 I'm not at that stage yet. Cheers
