  Where can I find a quality tailor to slim down my wool coat without breaking the bank? Bought a new winter coat and love it, but don't want to ruin it by taking it to a poor tailor. I need the side seams and the sleeves and possibly shoulders all altered. It's a unique green color and I am on a budget! I would just return the coat if it didn't sell out online weeks ago.
