  Hey everyone :) How are you doing? :) We are still looking for a house in Netherlands and it happened too many times that we emailed an agent and wrote that we would pay for any assistance or asked about a house to rent it, but we received an email after few days that is has been rented yesterday.So my question is there an agent that can find a house for us, but not rent it before we could? Because so far we only received answers to look in the internet page or the house we wanted to rent was already rented before us. We are willing to pay for it forward before coming, but the situation is the same. Is it that hard to rend a house beforehand? Or do we miss something in between lines that would guarantee us that the agent would work for us?

  Be careful of scams if paying money upfront before getting here. I can recommend Rob van Triest from Peter Bruin. He was one of the only estate agents who got in touch with us before we arrived and set up appointments for when we got here.
