  Hi there, I have recently had an offer accepted on purchasing a 1930s terrace in Knowle. I'm concerned that it may need a lot of work that I can't see, so would like a really comprehensive survey carried out before I proceed further. Can anyone recommend someone please....?

  We used Mike Knight based on a recommendation from a friend who has used him a couple of times. He was extremely thorough, and very quick. Ours is a turn of the century property so clearly we needed to know of any issues. We went for the "Building Survey" which has a lot of detail. Mike was also very happy to answer any questions we had, though actually the survey was so clear and comprehensive that we didn't have any!
