  Start them off with a solid foundation of one martial art. Of course the most effective in the world is Brazilian jiu-jitsu.   Guillobel Brazilian Jiujitsu. My son has been going there for about 4 years now. And he still loves it there! The coaches are amazing. They have help mold my son into a very respectful 10 year old. Of course they focus on martial arts but teaching the kids about respect and how you treat others is a huge part of their kids program. I can't say enough wonderful stuff about them. The summer camp is amazing too. They have a class every Saturday where the parents get to train with their kids too. Great bonding time. The list goes on and on.
