  I need some work done on the steering rack of my car. Both the boots on the steering rack are torn and rack elbows might be bad. It's a 2001 Subaru Outback. Anyone who's good with subarus, leave a comment as the pm feature doesn't seem to work through my phone. I was quoted 1400 bucks at a shop which is half the value of this car so I'm hoping someone else out there has the expertise to do a job like this for a reasonable price.
