  i had some bloods done last week and my GP rang me to say my Vit B12 is really low and i will need injections as soon as. im sure she said i will need 6 injections in next 2 weeks ( or maybe i misheard) and then after 3 months. Has anyone had these injections and are there any natural sources of b12? thanks
