We aren't quite sure where to start, because we will need someone to come up with the structural changes and then also have the expertise to help us redesign our kitchen and bathroom. Where do we start? Any suggestions? Also, how would we do bids on this? Would each new contractor/design firm have to do their own drawings/designs and quote from that?"   Call John Fuller at Fullercraft Construction and Fullercraft kitchen and bath. Great service and can come to your house talk to you and takes care of everything with a guarantee of work. Get proposals..not estimates! Lived and learned! He takes care of structural issues...drawings..approvals..ect. 616-822-8510. As a bonus tells you how to do it safely financially. I totally recommend!
