MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO is HIRE AN ARCHITECT. We are right in the middle of a project and used Brock Hesselsweet who is so easy to work with and very smart! His email is: bhesselsweet@gmail.com. We have done many projects in the past in Ohio and have never worked with anyone as good as Brock. Good Luck!!!
