  ISO mechanic for electrical on car. I have a 2008 Saturn view that has intermittent electrical issues. Right now the AC won't come on.   I'm looking for an auto shop in the East Valley that is very familiar with Chryslers. I've got a Town and Country that is having a continuing issue with starting. I've taken it into a mom and pop auto shop twice and the battery and alternator have been tested and are good, the starter has been replaced twice. But every once in a while it just won't start. I'm currently working with a shop, but they can't isolate the issue and as summer approaches I need to be able to rely on my vehicle. So - who should I take it to?
