If the heat isnt getting warm i would say its a blend door actuator. Very common problem with all fords. There is an air bix that has a door inside of it. The actuator controls the position of the door which controls hom much hot air or cold air its blowing into the car. There are several one bix controls recirculating versus fresh air then one for feet or vents. Make sure you locate the correct one. Mat Ecker could help you with this im sure.
