GUESTROOMS
An evening in one of the mansion’s spacious guestrooms offers you the ambiance of the Victorian era, while pampering you with a luxurious modern comfort. Each of the 16 uniquely-styled guestrooms offer top-notch amenities to every guest, including large floor-to-ceiling marble bathrooms, built-in Jacuzzi tubs, flat screen televisions, wireless internet and king- or queen-sized beds.
PRIVATE EVENT SPACES
The Sterling Hotel offers four unique event venues for meetings, birthday parties, reunions, weddings and more. Our experienced event director will work with you to determine the space that best suits your needs.
THE BALLROOM
The Sterling Ballroom offers a dramatic, yet refined backdrop with large chandeliers, a stained-glass rotunda, and elegant banquet settings. If you are seeking a one-of-a-kind, unforgettable event experience, look no further than our ballroom. A brick-paved walkway leads guests to a magnificent double-door entry into the 3,500-square-foot ballroom. This space is perfect for events for as few as 50 guests or up to 365.
THE DRAWING ROOM
The Drawing Room was used as a salon before being transformed into an intimate private event space. With the ability to host anything from board meetings to rehearsal dinners, this space is sure to stun guests with its dramatic dark moldings, natural light and beautiful chandeliers.
THE DINING ROOM
The Dining Room features a large built in bar and seating for up to 40 guests. It can be used for seated dinners, holiday parties or after parties. The room is decorated with succulents and plenty of candles to give it a unique atmosphere that will make guests forget they are within walking distance of the bustling heart of Downtown.
OUTDOOR PATIO
Our Patio allows guests to enjoy being outside while tasting our delicious, locally sourced food and beverages. Guests can choose to people watch or lose themselves in conversation with other guests at the party.
