  He's not in lake forest but my dad (who's a D.O. In ob/gyn) refers all his patients to dr. Peter Lastowiecki. Not only has he helped me but he's helped so many of my dad's patients. He's amazing! His office number is 847-895-0440. He's in Schaumburg.
