  Try Cafe Moga at Kim Kwang Seok Memorial Street. It's one of the best I've tried and their cakes are great too. Not really in downtown but close enough. You can actually walk from downtown to get there.:) https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cafe-Moga/331770336918320
