  Hi, looking for some advice in moving to property management software. I used to use Property Portfolio software but dropped that since moving to Xero accounting package. Xero is great but does not look after tenants, repairs and compliance (gas certs, fire tests etc). My portfolio consists of 20 properties, mainly HMO and is growing. What do people use / recommend?
