  Can anyone please recommend a personal trainer for an over 60 woman- me. I do have limited foot mobility which means no running, jumping. Have never had a PT before and I'm pretty apprehensive, but desperate :) North Shore, ideally Birkenhead, Northcote, Glenfield area.
