  Need bids on replacing 2 AC and 2 Furnaces. Serious with cash and going to move quickly after buddy repays me :) so p.l.e.a.s.e READ THIS CAREFULLY. Chamblee area 1600 sf condo end of block townhome. Two 2 ton units replaced/moved to new slab and two standard furnaces in place plus one aluminum screened vent. The top floor furnace is about 15 years old a rheem with repeated problems. The upstairs AC unit is original 30 year old that sits in wall that would otherwise be a side vent area. both in the hot attic space not the easiest nor hardest access. Bottom units: AC is out back next to garage door, you can see the spec on it. Original furnace in basement -- both have real easy access. Need Hoa permission to put both ac's next to drive behind some bushes on a concrete or block slab. Will consider ALL BIDS LEFT in my mailbox on or before July 15th. Address 4170 Dyouville Trace, 30341, mailbox is out front. If you need more info ask here and I will take a picture for all to see below. Please no direct contact, you can come by anytime to check it out and see the ac out back and the other in the wall. Leave card with quote. Its not rocket science. thanks for your time in advance.
