We all started in 1985 with the goal of providing picnic-style meat and dishes that has a nostalgic touch.

Over the last 30 years, Pineridge Barbecue has catered thousands of off-premise events and served millions of first-class meals. This small father and son business has established a reputation second to none in the marketplace and customers return year after year.

Pineridge Barbecue is flexible, too. It may be a company staff appreciation event which calls for meals to be served to shift workers at different times of the day or night; a customer appreciation lunch; a new product launch; plot tours for seed companies; or a wedding party.

    This company made my cousin's wedding amazing! All anyone could talk about was how amazing the Prime Rib and Chicken were! That barbecue they have is so cool! They also had a Build Your Own Sundae bar for dessert, and that was just a perfect end to a perfect meal!

    AMAZINGGGGG food. Amazing service. My wedding was incredible thanks to Pineridge! They're so great to work with. Their prices are a big high, but you definitely get what you pay for. We sent so many people home with left overs. They are still talking about how good the meal was, and it was last summer!

Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
From Hensall, ON area. There was a definite opportunity for this type of catering company. It is a niche market. Off-premise catering for large numbers has huge potential, and we are exclusive to this style of BBQ in Canada. The BBQ sure does set the atmosphere at an event!
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
We catered an event in Toronto and we had to get a crane to lift the food and the BBQ to the top of the Toronto Art Gallery.
