  I'm looking to hire someone to do some yard work for me. I have a gardener that does the mow-and-blow, but what I need now is someone to do a pruning and weeding project to catch up on things I've let slip over the winter. I don't want someone to just hack away at stuff; I'd like someone who has at least a little knowledge about plants. Ideally, the person would understand how much to cut back while pruning, and the difference between a weed and a plant I want to keep.
