  I'm in need of some reviews on a few elementary schools 1. Otter creek 2. Fox meadow in S Elgin 3. Creekside Good,bad, bullying, my son is mixed black /white any positive or negatives in that area? I've read that bullying is a big problem at Fox meadow any thoughts on that? I'm trying to find a school so that my son doesn't have to attend Hillcrest is has a very low 3/10 rating. He will start kindergarten this fall. THANKS *Please keep the rude comments to yourselves. I have 1 child and I am his voice I'm not interested in the ignorant comments.
