  I need help/advice please. The insurance agent for the company who's employee hit me is being a complete A-hole. He will ONLY approve salvage parts which I think it complete BS since my car is only a few years old and I was not at fault in any way. I have been trying to fight it, but am having no luck! (neither has the shop). Does anyone have any advice? (I cannot afford an attorney)
