  Skulls Rainbow Room in Printers alley, very cool place, has a version of Beef Wellington they call "Boeuf En Croute" which means beef in a crust, that is really good. Not EXACTLY a true Beef Wellington which is more of a British style dish, but a French version. http://skullsrainbowroom.com/
