My Co-workers and I order from Taqueria Textaco today for lunch and when I call to place the order someone by the name of Azucena answers the phone and was very rude. Azucena rush me when placing 3 orders and mention they were busy and if had my orders ready? I did not say anything to her then. When we go pick up the order and it's our turn to pay I asked what was the first order and with a very rude and attitude voice she said its order #1 and immediately said it's $8.53 I was waiting for her to let us know what was inside de bag but she never took the time to let us know. She then rushes to the second order just mentioning the amount due and the third one also. One of my Co-workers orders a quesadilla and order guacamole and sour cream because it was extra when we get to the office to eat they did not give her the guacamole and the sour cream was watery. She did not eat it because she was afraid something was wrong with it. I have only been there a couple of times but the staff has always been courteous, friendly, and respectful. The tacos were good but the quesadilla was very greasy. I wonder if the business was sold to Azucena I had never seen her there and she just doesn't have the customer service skills to own a business. I did not want to be Rude to her but she needs to take her time to be good to her customers I know we all have bad and good days, I pray she is O.K. but needs to get better at what she does.
