Herbert's does and I'm pretty sure Pete's does as well. edit: Both if the above will be pricey but less than buying it from a restaurant. I did an Alligator hunt a few years ago and had it processed at a place in Anahuac called Porter's Processing. You may want to check with them for a less expensive option.

If you're in a pinch, I've found some at the Walmart off Wayside and 45 south. Frozen of course, but it really hits the spot if you're trying to scratch the itch off a craving.

Spec’s on Smith street has carried it before. Not sure if they still do.

Stanton’s in Alvin might. They have some interesting exotic sausages for sure, but not sure about just plain alligator meat.
