  I second Amy, Cuteology Cakes. Amazing is an understatement, Alyssa can do anything, and I mean anything. Plus, they are delicious. I did use Simply Sweets prior to Cuteology and they are great as well, just don't do as much fondant work as Alyssa, they mainly do buttercream with fondant accents.
