Libby Clapham in Exeter uses VeeSee, which is a more secure video conferencing platform but works the same way as Skype. I don't know if she takes on new patients remotely but I know she sees existing patients that way. Be worth dropping her an email to ask. http://www.libbyclaphamnaturalhealth.co.uk
