  My husband and I are in search of a realtor. We are going throught the process of getting our final Preapproval letter. But we are getting a Rural Development loan. So we are looking for a house that is accaptable with that type of loan, so I need someone who knows or has dealt with them in the past. We are looking to purchase in the anywhere from Lapeer all the way to Clarkston as that is where my husband works. We are on a little bit of a time crunch, so I need someone this week to help us start looking. We should, if all goes well, have our final letter by the end of this week. Thank you
