Jay Fessler my real estate opinion is that you need to talk to a couple different people (or look at some of their reviews online, if they have any) and see who fits with you. You'll get lots of different opinions from people on what was important to them, so you need to think about what is important to you. I would also say that if you call and leave a realtor a message and they don't get back to you within 24 hours (at least, if not less); they won't get back to you any quicker when you are a customer of theirs.
