  Cookie, we take our shelter animals to South Alabama Spay Neuter Clinic in Mobile. They are on Springhill right off I-65 and they charge $60 for a male dog and $35 for a male cat. That is the public price, not a special price for shelters. Their phone number is 251-343-5033. Thanks for neutering :)
