  Has anyone had an excellent experience with someone who refinishes old hardwood floors? Our house was built in 1907, has tons of cracks between the original tongue and groove pine planks, and no subfloor. After living here 6 years I'm really tired of all the dirt that accumulates and gets smooched in the cracks:) I would love to restore rather that put new over the old.
