I've used Affordable Floors also on our rental on Brainerd. He did a good job, and patched a floor furnace hole. Can't tell it is a patch! Rex Crews number is 937-0091. McEllhaney Electric does great work and they kind of speciallize in old homes. We've used them multiple times. Ask for Jude. I used Troendle and wasn't entirely happy. Rex Crews is known among my friends as the best floor refinisher and he also can "patch" where the vent is. Wouldn't hurt to get a bid for comparison.
