  Jennifer, I'd be happy to stop by and give you a quote. I'm 2 nd generation and have been cleaning for 28 years. Stay away from any Chem Dry, as their process is not approved by the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certificat ion) or any rug manufacturers or the EPA. If drying is a concern, I just did a job today for a client that is moving in tomorrow morning and I cleaned their carpets with a deep cleaning extraction method, using state of the art equipment and assisted the drying with fans, and had them dry in 2 hours!
