Lenders with experience with Homepath Renovation: Who determines the needed repairs? My client would simply love to go Homepath as an investment but this asset is only approved for Homepath Renovation, she would prefer to do the minimal amount of repairs needed and then use her own contractor for future repairs...thoughts?
