L'immobilière propose différents services : vente, location meublée ou non, expertise, estimation gratuite, relocation, recherche de biens, conseils immobiliers, Home Staging, partenariats avec plusieurs corps de métier, démarches administratives : renseignements urbanistiques, certificat PEB (obligatoire avant la mise en vente ou location) et contrôle électrique etc.
Nous nous différencions par l'utilisation d'un matériel photo professionnel et un logiciel HDR (seulement 20 agences en Belgique) et plans 2D.

Gizem P. asked:Hello, anyone owning a real estate in belgium while being abroad and arranging the rent through an agency (gestion de l'appartment) while living abroad? We have an appartment in Woluwe saint lambert/brussels and we moved to another country. We would like an agency to take care of finding the tenant, following it yearly etc. (watch out! we know regular real estate agencies however they don t do the follow up yearly. They just find the tenant. We do NOT want a regular real estate agencies but a real estate management contact) Any insight/info would be great!
