  Charleston friends. Any of you know of an effective Chiropractor? Zhanna and I have exhausted the conventional route to try to help her back pain. The neurologist and spine center were no help. Her gen. practitioner just ignores her requests for help with her pain. We would like a Chiro that focuses on adjustments and not hokey supplements or gimmicky things like water pillows and other wastes of money, just straight chiropractics.
