I am near the art museum, but I can doesn't have to be really close. Also does anyone else want a cat, there are 2 more siblings and I think I can probably grab them too.   http://www.taichungpaws.org/?page_id=261 this should lead you to a link that gives contact information. They now have 2 branches, the one nearby SOHO street and one in Beitun. You can also go to Loving Kindness on Wu Quan West Road and see Dr. Julia Huang. She's amazing with cats.
