There is no doubting that Damian Portaro possesses a passion for residential real estate. Successfully purchasing his first home at age 21, Damian also worked as a Home Loans Manager prior to commencing in real estate sales in 2011.
A high achiever by nature, Damien's hard work paid off when he was announced as the Top Performing individual for the total number of loans settled at his previous place of employment. He went on to apply the same principles that saw him achieve this success to his real estate career and has been awarded the coveted Top Seller for multiple years running.
Damian is currently a finalist for the regional sales agent of the year award (Australia wide) through the Real-Estate Business awards which set the benchmark for recognition of quality real-estate practices Australia wide.
Damian's move into real estate from finance was as a natural progression, as he believes that his experience with home loans has held him in good stead in his current role. "My background in finance provides a significant point of difference, as I am able to qualify buyers quickly and share valuable insight regarding finance options," he says.
