Brett at Ray White was great. We had a few agents out to talk to us & a couple of agents listed above under quoted our house, one lady by $40,000. That is a lot to lose for the sake of a quick & easy sale. Brett quoted a price that was very fair & marketed it in a professional & attractive way that got buyers interested. The end result was we got us a sale in just over 4 weeks with a street record.
