Hapoalim is demanding I fax them proof of a reason I should get the transfer each time.Caroline G. replied:Don't do the transfer through the bank - if you can. I transfer money from a foreign acct through Forex Israel which deposits it into my Israeli bank in shekels - no questions, no problems- and it's FAR quicker and less expensive than going through the bank.
