There are 3 hygiene schools that have clinics in the area. Carrington in Mesa does free X-ray, exam, hygeine(cleanings). Atstill university dental school will be your least expensive for restorative dental care, but if you're looking for fee for service, I would drive to either Dr Sadre (602)433-2992, or Angela Pelletier in Mesa 480)830-7801. ( I worked in dental for 25 years... I wouldn't let most dentist offices touch me) Good luck
