  Anyone know of a good doctor who is accepting new patients? We had the best doctor & because of changes in insurance & govt. regulations he has decided to no longer practice medicine. He tried going with a "Corporate" entity but could not agree how a medical office should run. This is so sad for us have been with him since he started about 20 yrs ago & I truly believe he has kept Tomato alive & me partially sane-- at least--hey he is a doctor not a miracle worker. He says it is truly sad for him too because he loves being a doctor. I have heard of a lot of doctors doing this because of changes that will take place in healthcare in 2014--never thought it would affect us. Not getting political just stating the facts. He is young and we thought he would be there for the rest of our lives at least. I am truly needing to find another doctor especially for Tomato because he is on so many meds. Any suggestions?? Preferably in the Goodlettsville & Hendersonville area.

  Susan Kilmire, MSN RN CGNP. While not an MD she really is the best she works out of Cumberland Famliy Practice. My doctor there is Nell Nestor. She is mean and totally without a personality.
