  Dog boarding recommendations? I'll be going out of the country in late October and I'm looking for a very good boarding place for my 1 year old dog for about 9 days. We've boarded him at Dogtopia in Tyson's for a weekend a few times and it's gone well, but they don't take the dogs for walks outside. They are indoors the whole time and go potty all over the floor where they play...someone is constantly cleaning it up while they supervise the dogs, but he comes home reaking of pee. Not something I want him to experience for 9 days straight. I know there are other places that are kind of the opposite, and take the dogs for walks but they don't get much playtime with other dogs. I am looking for a happy medium, price is not really a concern for this, and preferably somewhere within 30-40 minutes drive from Tyson's area. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

  My top suggestion would be to find a sitter on http://rover.com. You can read descriptions/reviews and find someone that meets your needs. I have 2 that I've used from there, and both were terrific. Alternatively, if you want a boarding place, my top pick would be [Healthy Hound](http://healthyhoundplayground.com/) in Sterling. Your dog will get to play with dogs all day long, and they do take them outside for potty breaks.

  We are also such a huge fan of Healthy Hound Playground. The staff is so wonderful, the building is clean and filled with sunlight. Our dog cannot get in the playground fast enough when we pull into the parking lot.   Check out Healthy Hound Playground just off route 28 and 606. Our dog Scupper had a great time there last weekend.

  Hi- I'm the owner of Belly Rubs here in Ashburn (grooming, training, dog walking & pet sitting). we get asked a lot about doggie daycares and I have personally toured and interviewed them all. For true doggie daycare, I recommend all of our clients to Healthy Hound Playground. Great facility with highly trained & knowledgable staff.
