  Thats a Falkirk Licensed Private Hire which means he cannot pick up off the street, must be pre booked. If it's not pre booked then you do not have any insurance. He should not be operating in Linlithgow as it's not Falkirk area. Any complaints ring 01324 590406 and quote Plate Number P26. I'm guessing but it's possibly an Express Taxi. Don't bother phoning them to complain as they won't do anything.
