As I have hackney from Falkirk council this is a private number plate from Falkirk council if you have any complaints phone 01324 501575 speak to Kay Minto they will know what company he works for this is why us taxi drivers get a bad name I personally haven't seen this car going about at all

Phone Falkirk council the place that gives the taxi badges and tell them you want to complain and want to know what firm he drives for. They should be able to tell you if it's a private hire or a taxi that can pick up anywhere.
