wondering what a good/ strong stem for track sprinting would be recommended ? thomson .. carbon.. i need a 130mm stem if anyones got one for a reasonable price as well .. thanks lads !

The diameter of anything's profile will almost always be the best indicator of somethings stiffness. Even more than the shaping or the wall thickness. That Bontrager stem is a very stiff stem, too. Kevin, yeah. The Cannondale Si Carbon stems are HUGE. I have one in 110 mm at Velo Zephyr that I'd like to use on a future bar/stem for someone.
