  Hi all, I have Degenerative osteoarthritis & alot of other conditions and I'm a carer, I would love to learn to drive but just can't afford the lessons @ £25 - £30 per hour for a lesson. Does anyone know of any grants etc purely for assistance so people can actually learn to drive as driving for me is really a necessity as I'm a carer and it would therefore give me the freedom to perform my carer duties!
