She makes some of the best pies I have ever had; all kinds of pies. The kind of pie that you can not get from a store or a restaurant. This is the kind of pie you only come across at family gatherings in East Texas. She makes them in her home and sells them in a local feed store, of all places. If your ever down that way, stop into Gale's Feed Store and ask for one of Debbie's pies. Although I prefer the lemon merengue, she does make a mean coconut cream. Dan
