Thinking that maybe over the winter with ice/ snow /salt /grit it might be a good idea as well as there are a few trails we like to use but the rocks can be rather fierce and Bella doesn't enjoy it (Merrill Creek for one)?

  TheraPaws are greyt, and they will stay on. They are little pricey though, around $20/boot! You might find something less expensive for what you want them for.
