  Hi Linda, It is difficult to get an idea of local markets due to non disclosure of locations, agents need to protect themselves as lisitngs are generally open to everyone to list. It is a very big place and choosing the right location, village and then home is a long process. I would recommend looking at these sites also for some information on what is on offer at your price level. Ultimately I would suggest renting for a period of time and getting to know what you like about the area.
