Hi Linda, It is difficult to get an idea of local markets due to non disclosure of locations, agents need to protect themselves as lisitngs are generally open to everyone to list. Our website is www.roombyroom-Thailand.com & https://www.facebook.com/HuaHinHomesforsale?ref=bookmarks. I would suggest getting to know Hua Hin and local areas. It is a very big place and choosing the right location, village and then home is a long process. I would recommend looking at these sites also for some information on what is on offer at your price level. Ultimately I would suggest renting for a period of time and getting to know what you like about the area.
